Hine
Located in the heart of Grande Champagne, the premium wine-growing region of the cognac region, Haus Hine has been producing some of the most exquisite cognacs for six generations, when it was still known as T Hine & Co Cognac.
The estate has an exceptional 173 hectares of vineyards, and the house has a very particular tradition of producing relatively small quantities but with very high quality standards. One of their trademarks is the storage of their vintage barrels in moist cellars in Bristol, England. In this way, Thomas Hine cognac undergoes a unique maturation process due to the humidity of the seaside resort, which is slightly different from that on the southwest coast of France.
H by Hine
This young and floral cognac is the flagship of the renowned Hine distillery. H by Hine VSOP Cognac is a blend of over 15 different eaux-de-vie from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions, aged for at least four years. The high humidity of Hine's cellars on the banks of the Charente river slows evaporation, resulting in a milder and more refined cognac.
